    1. Acceptance of terms

    By accessing and using the HTI Tecnologia LTDA ("HTI") website, registered under CNPJ 00.342.598/0001-05, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not use the site.

    2. Description of services

    HTI Tecnologia specializes in database administration and management, offering the following services:


    • Remote DBA: continuous database administration with a dedicated team of Senior DBAs, 24/7 NOC monitoring and contractual SLA

    • Database Health Check: complete technical diagnosis of the database environment with executive risk report and recommendations

    • Database Management: complete strategic responsibility over the data environment, including governance, compliance and architectural evolution

    • 24/7 Emergency Support: immediate activation of Senior DBA for critical incidents outside business hours

    • Cloud Cost Reduction: database FinOps for cost optimization in AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle Cloud environments

    • Database Performance: diagnosis and resolution of bottlenecks, query tuning and infrastructure optimization

    • Disaster Recovery: planning and implementation of disaster recovery strategies and LGPD compliance

    • HTI AI: consulting and development of business-applied Artificial Intelligence solutions


    Specific details of each service, including scope, SLA, responsibilities and pricing, are defined in individual contracts between HTI and the client.

    3. Site usage

    The HTI website is provided for informational and commercial contact purposes. By using it, you agree to:


    • Provide truthful and up-to-date information in the contact form

    • Not use the site for illicit purposes or that violate third-party rights

    • Not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site operation

    • Not send malicious content, spam or unsolicited messages

    4. Intellectual property

    All website content — including texts, images, logos, trademarks, design, source code and technical materials — is the exclusive property of HTI Tecnologia or its licensors.


    Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any site content without prior written authorization from HTI is prohibited.


    The name "HTI Tecnologia", the logo, "The Database Company" and "DBSnoop" are registered trademarks or exclusive use marks of HTI.

    5. Confidentiality

    HTI treats all information received from clients and potential clients with absolute confidentiality. Sending information through the contact form or WhatsApp does not constitute a contractual relationship, but shared information is treated with the same level of secrecy applied to contractual data.


    For contracted services, confidentiality terms are defined in a specific clause of the service agreement or in a separate NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

    6. Limitation of liability

    HTI is not responsible for:


    • Damages resulting from interruptions in site access due to technical or maintenance reasons

    • Content of third-party sites accessed through external links

    • Decisions made based solely on information available on the site, without formal service contracting

    • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to site use


    HTI's professional services have SLA and responsibilities defined exclusively in contracts signed with each client.

    7. Site availability

    HTI strives to keep the site continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

    8. General contracting conditions

    Contracting any HTI service is formalized through a specific contract that defines:


    • Detailed scope of services

    • SLA (Service Level Agreement) with metrics and penalties

    • Term and renewal conditions

    • Pricing and payment conditions

    • Responsibilities of both parties

    • Confidentiality and data protection clauses


    Website content does not constitute a binding offer. All pricing, conditions and scopes are custom-defined for each client.

    9. Legislation and jurisdiction

    These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, are elected to resolve any dispute arising from these terms, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

    10. Changes to terms

    HTI reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
